Who We Are
The Honeywell Employee Store of Minneapolis, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing value-added services, sponsored programs and related activities to active Club Members and affiliated Associates located throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul Greater Metro Area.

The club was created to promote activities and services in order to help create fellowship

  

among employees, foster a sense of belonging and improve physical and mental well-being for all those involved. Employee participation in the Club, and its sponsored programs and activities, is voluntary.

The Honeywell Employee Store is YOU... our members! Store Members and Associates are entitled to one vote each on submitted Club matters. Club Members are eligible to be elected to the Club's Board of Directors.

Non-members who purchase at the two Employee Store locations pay a surcharge on their purchases. On each purchase of up to $50 the surcharge is approximately 10%. Purchases over $50 have a flat surcharge fee of $25 applied to the total order.

Eligibility Requirements
All regular full-time and regular part-time Honeywell employees, interns, retirees and rehired retirees, in the Minneapolis Operations Area are eligible to become a member of the Honeywell Employee Store of Minneapolis.

In addition, all non-Honeywell on-site service providers to Honeywell in the Minneapolis Operations area, that provide a service for at least 20 hours per week in a Honeywell facility in the Minneapolis Operations area, are eligible to become "Associates" affiliated with the Club. This could include, but is not limited to, people providing a service in the following capacities: temporary agency workers, contract workers, independent contractors, etc.

For regular Employee Club members the membership fee of $25 will be collected via a payroll deduction process. Club membership and its annual membership fee will be renewed automatically, thereafter, on an annual basis (each January) as long as the member is still a current Honeywell employee or, unless notified otherwise, in writing (membership withdrawal cards are available through both Employee Sore locations). Retirees and Associates must reapply for yearly renewal and must pay via check by mail or in person at any Employee Store location.
